Terms &conditions
- Rubble foundation is considered up to a depth of 60cm
- Any change in depth shall be charged accordingly on actual upon the site condition
- The package is applicable only for a minimum built-up area of 1500 Sqft or above
- Tree cutting/site levelling are excluded from this package
- The site is considered to be at road level in this package, and the plinth level is to be 45cm high from ground level.
- Any changes in this plot filling Shall be charged accordingly
- All the works shall be carried out as per the drawings.
- Any changes in the drawing as per the client’s interest shall be charged accordingly
- Water and electricity for the site shall be provided by the client.
- Rock cutting/Blasting /Compressor work is not included in this quote
- Floor height is considered at 3m from the floor level to the top of the slab
- Any changes in this shall be claimed accordingly
- A sloped roof, Rain water storage, Sump, and Percolation pit are excluded from this package
- Any municipal permissions, demolitions/Dismantling of existing structures, borewells, Motors, Water connection, Road cutting, and Sewage work shall be borne by the client.
